What this is

Sleep Eazzzy is a free, self-paced patient resource that walks you through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) — the treatment that sleep medicine guidelines recommend as the first-line approach for chronic insomnia.

Who it’s for

Adults with behavioral insomnia — trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. If you’ve had sleep problems for several weeks or longer, this program was built for you.

What it isn’t

This is educational content, not personalized medical care. If your symptoms are severe, if you struggle with safety (e.g. drowsy driving), or if you suspect another sleep disorder like sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome, please see a doctor.
