Sleep Eazzzy is a free, self-paced patient resource that walks you through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) — the treatment that sleep medicine guidelines recommend as the first-line approach for chronic insomnia.
Adults with behavioral insomnia — trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. If you’ve had sleep problems for several weeks or longer, this program was built for you.
